Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across Kenya. For international orders, please contact our customer service team for more information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping:
  Delivery within 3-5 business days for locations within Nairobi and 5-7 business days for other major cities and towns in Kenya.

• Express Shipping:
  Delivery within 1-2 business days for locations within Nairobi and 2-4 business days for other major cities and towns. Additional charges may apply for this service.

• Same-Day Delivery:
  Available within Nairobi for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, and courier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Within Nairobi:

  • Standard Shipping: KES 200
  • Express Shipping: KES 400
  • Same-Day Delivery: KES 600

• Outside Nairobi:

  • Standard Shipping: KES 300
  • Express Shipping: KES 500

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to help you track your package.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Shipping Address
