Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as received, including all accessories, free gifts, or promotional items.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
- Gift cards and promotional items.

Return Shipping Costs:

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Full Refund: Issued if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Partial Refund: Issued if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. The amount of the partial refund will be determined at our discretion.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds
